Returns are accepted if received within 30 days of the original order. All orders shipped with free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping fees. FX THROTTLE, LLC is not responsible for late shipments caused by carrier delays.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and appear brand new. It needs to be in it’s original packaging. If the product is not in new condition, a refund will not be completed, and we will not pay to ship it back to you. Shipping back to FX Throttle, whether international or domestic, is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, regardless of the purchaser’s location. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping with your order, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
